hmm, maybe it's not so bad that i lost my job...

it's amazing how busy you can stay doing 'nothing' - and i don't even watch tv! it's nice to live a low stress life. i debated going to paris...but, in all honestly, i'm chicken to go alone. how silly is that? i've driven across the country 5 times by myself, moved a few times, lived different places - now even in a different country, even though many consider canada just an 'extension' of the united states. (how terrible is that? no wonder americans have such a bad reputation here!), but it's somehow scary when it's *really* new, and i'm *really* alone. a $300 plane ticket is soooo tempting, though...

if i'm doing nothing, i SHOULD be posting here every day. i have lots to say...(don't i always? :) )

my mom's birthday was november 13. she would've been 53. i can't believe it's been 4 years since she's been gone. i miss her.
