i am starting to look for a job. hopefully in portland, or some kind of job at a camp or an outdoor school. i'd love to take the NOLS instructor course, and am getting the information together to apply. i think there are going to be many changes coming up in my life in the next year or so. i am really excited - new adventures - but also really damn scared. everything is very uncertain. which is ok, often good, but sometimes you just want to know! i'm fairly certain i have quoted this before here (at least to some of you on IM/email) but i always think of it when i am impatient with life:
